Questionnaire: Complex T1 adjustment processing delays and complaint options at the CRA

An important part of what we do is to identify and review systemic service issues related to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) that have a negative impact on taxpayers. Systemic service issues are ones that may impact a large number of taxpayers or a segment of the population.

If we identify opportunities for service improvement, then the Taxpayers’ Ombudsperson may make recommendations to the Minister of Finance and National Revenue, or to the Minister and the Chair of the CRA’s Board of Management.

Ombudsperson's Message

"As part of the research for our two open systemic examinations, we are asking the public about their experiences related to T1 adjustment delays and the CRA’s complaint process. Your feedback will help us better understand any issues the public has been facing and identify possible service gaps.

We invite you to take a few minutes to fill out this short questionnaire."

Mr. François Boileau
Taxpayers’ Ombudsperson
