Changes to Membership Dues for Five (5) Components within the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC)

The Public Service Alliance of Canada has informed us of authorized union dues rate changes effective January 1st, 2025, for the following groups:
Agriculture Union (AGR)
At its Triennial Convention from August 16 to 18, 2023, the Agriculture Union adopted a dues rate decrease effective January 1, 2025, for all employees covered by a contract with the PSAC. The component portion will decrease from 0.7073% to 0.7069% per month.Union of Safety and Justice Employees (USJE)
At its Triennial Convention in May 2024, the Customs and Immigration Union adopted a dues rate increase effective January 1, 2025, for all employees covered by a contract with the PSAC. The component portion will increase, with the dues increasing from 0.9593% + $1.00 to 0.9617% + $2.20 per month.-
Union of Health and Environment Workers (UHEW)
At its Triennial Convention on August 17, 2023, the Union of Health and Environment Workers adopted a dues rate increase effective January 1, 2025, for all employees covered by a contract with the PSAC. The component portion will increase and include a strike fund levy, with the dues changing from 0.4885% + $5.00 to 0.4895% + $5.00. Customs and Immigration Union (CIU)
At its Triennial Convention in May 2024, the Customs and Immigration Union adopted a dues rate increase effective January 1, 2025, for all employees covered by a contract with the PSAC. The component portion will increase, with the dues changing from 0.9593% + $1.00 to 0.9617% + $2.20 per month.RCMP Civilian Members (CM)
At its Triennial Convention in May 2024, the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) authorized a dues rate change effective January 1, 2025, for all employees covered by a contract with the PSAC. The component portion will increase, with the dues increasing from 0.9593% + $1.00 to 0.9617% + $2.20 per month.
These adjustments will be made automatically. No action is required.
