The results of the Statistics Canada survey of the Living Costs Differential (LCD) Alberta Region were recently communicated to the National Joint Council Isolated Posts and Government Housing Committee (NJC-IPGHC). A total of seventeen (17) isolated posts were involved in this review and the results can be summarized as follows:

  • Grande Cache
  • High Level
  • High Prairie

An email message is considered an acceptable written notice as is outlined in 2.13.2.  Details regarding the methodology can be found in the "Guide to National Joint Council Rates and Allowances".
