Changes to the Leave Reporting System, New Leave Code – Leave with pay for Union Business Cost-Recoverable by Employer

This is to inform you that a new leave code has been created in the Leave Reporting System.
This new code will track the use of leave with pay for union business that is cost-recoverable by the Employer and is effective .

Code 641 - Leave with pay for Union Business Cost-Recoverable by Employer.
Departments must ensure that their Leave Reporting System is amended accordingly. These leave transactions must be reported to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat for each fiscal year period (April 1 to March 31), first reporting period starting .
