Rates of Pay for Unrepresented/Excluded Employees of the DS-7A, 7B, 8 and PM-MCO-04 groups and levels

The purpose of this bulletin is to announce the revised rates of pay as approved by the Treasury Board of Canada for unrepresented/excluded employees in the Defence Scientific Service Group (levels 7A, B and 8) and Program Administration – Mediation Conciliation Sub-group (PM-MCO) (Sector 4).

The attached appendices provide the rates of pay for these unrepresented/excluded positions.

The new rates of pay are available on the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) website.

All questions should be directed to your Designated Departmental Corporate Labour Relations or Designated Corporate Compensation Official who, if required, will direct questions to the Compensation Policy, Interpretations and Pay Administration team at, Interpretations@tbs-sct.gc.ca.
