Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Bretton Woods and Related Agreements Act, the amount of financial assistance provided by the Minister of Finance by way of direct payments to the International Development Association shall not exceed an amount of $441,610,000 to commence January 1, 2015 and ending March 1, 2015

To amend subsection 295(1) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2009 in order to increase the amount of direct payments that the Minister of Finance may make to provinces and territories for matters relating to the establishment of a Canadian securities regulation regime and a Canadian regulatory authority from an aggregate amount not to exceed $150,000,000 to an aggregate amount not to exceed $328,000,000

In accordance with the Bretton Woods and Related Agreements Act, the issuance and payment of non-interest bearing, non-negotiable demand notes in an amount not to exceed $441,610,000 to the International Development Association commencing on April 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014

Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada – Program expenditures and, pursuant to paragraph 29.1(2)(a) of the Financial Administration Act, authority to expend revenues received in a fiscal year through the provision of internal support services to other organizations to offset associated expenditures incurred in the fiscal year for the sharing of information management and information technology processes and systems

Fisheries and Oceans – Operating expenditures and
(a) Canada's share of expenses of the International Fisheries Commissions, authority to provide free accommodation for the International Fisheries Commissions and authority to make recoverable advances in the amounts of the shares of the International Fisheries Commissions of joint cost projects;

Pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the International Development (Financial Institutions) Assistance Act, the amount of financial assistance provided by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of Finance, by way of direct payments for the purpose of contributions to the international financial institutions may not exceed $33,200,000 in the period commencing on April 1, 2014 and ending on March 31, 2015

Pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the International Development (Financial Institutions) Assistance Act, the amount of financial assistance provided by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of Finance, for the issuance and payment of non-interest bearing, non-negotiable demand notes may not exceed $211,800,000 for the purpose of contributions to the international financial institutions over a period commencing on April 1, 2014 and ending on March 31, 2015
