Access your Pension Portal: Public Service Pension Plan
The pension portal is only available for active federal employee with access to the Compensation and pension on the Government of Canada network.
In order to gain access to these applications, it is essential that government of Canada employees have a myKEY or a department-issued smart card/token. Compensation and pension users are required to enter their Personal Record Identifier (PRI) to access Compensation and pension and first-time users are required to confirm their date of birth.
Instructions to access your Pension Portal
- Have your MyKey to Sign in
- users are required to use their myKey file name and password or a departmental issued smart card/token
- Select the Your Public Service Pension Plan link for access to the secure portal
- this will open the appropriate Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) web page
- Access Request to Compensation and pension page
- Select—Continue to sign in
- Session Time-out page: Run the Browser to select your myKey file name
- Enter your Mykey password—Select Sign in
- Compensation and pension PRI Validation page—Enter your PRI and Validate
- Sign in Successful page—Select Continue
- this takes you the Pension Applications page
