- Deputy Minister name
- Name and email of nominator
- Names and emails of all nominees
Young professionals bring creative thinking and a fresh vision to the GCWCC and are attuned to emerging challenges and opportunities for the campaign and the public service. The Chair's Youth Cup Award is open for to employees with 5 years of service or less who have made an exceptional contribution to the campaign (open to departmental and regional campaigns). For other Chair's Cup Awards, select this form.
