The GCWCC annual awards recognize the teams and individuals who have gone above and beyond in supporting their local communities. This nomination form will allow you to nominate teams for:
- Large Organizations Cup (7,500 employees or more) link to form
- *NEW* Medium Organizations Cup (1,000 to 7,499 employees (link to form – Medium Orgs)
- Small Organizations Cup (999 employees or less) (link to form – Small Orgs)
- Regional Cup (link to form – Regional Cup)
- Chair's Youth Cup Awards Nomination Form
- Robert Morin Long Service Award (Given on an exceptional basis)
