"I had the pleasure of working for Canadian Heritage for 2 extraordinary summers. It was an incredible opportunity to build my public speaking confidence and become a better communicator. I loved talking to tourists from all over the world and gaining a broader perspective. This job has also given me the opportunity to delve deeper into the history of Ottawa and Canada, which could make you a trivia nerd! What's more, you'll have access to unique opportunities that most people your age can only dream of, such as attending special lectures and speaking at ceremonies. I have nothing but fond memories of my 2 summers at Canadian Heritage, and I was fortunate to have some fantastic colleagues."
