Creative Export Canada

The Creative Export Canada program provides funding for projects that help Canada’s creative industries expand their international reach and increase their export revenues. Through funding, the program helps creative businesses and organizations build capacity and prepare for exporting, expand their sales into international markets and develop international business networks.

Canada Music Fund

The Canada Music Fund ensures that a diversity of Canadian music artists connect with audiences everywhere. The program supports a wide range of artists and entrepreneurs who create, publish, produce and market Canadian music, and the organizations that represent them.

The program also helps Canadian music entrepreneurs and artists position themselves in a global and digital marketplace through activities such as international touring and showcasing of artists, marketing, business development, buyers' missions to Canada and professional bootcamps.

Canada Book Fund

The Canada Book Fund ensures access to a diverse range of Canadian-authored books nationally and internationally, by fostering a strong publishing industry that produces and markets these books. Financial support is available to book publishers and organizations to participate in exploratory trade missions and major books events that will raise the profile of Canadian authors and books internationally.

Telefilm Canada

Telefilm Canada’s International Programs support the promotion and marketing of Canadian film productions globally.

Telefilm also manages international coproduction treaties and contributes to two major film funds:

  • Eurimages, which supports independent filmmaking and cross-border collaboration.
  • New Dawn, which promotes diversity and inclusivity in the global film industry.

Canada Council for the Arts

The Canada Council for the Arts' Arts Across Canada and Abroad program supports artists, arts professionals, groups and organizations to enhance international exposure, undertake artistic exploration or exchanges with international colleagues, and nurture new and existing art markets in a global context.

Canada Media Fund

The Canada Media Fund (CMF) fosters, promotes and finances Canadian audiovisual content across all platforms, including broadcasting and interactive digital media (such as video games), and helps to share it with the world.

The CMF’s International Incentives program encourages international coproduction. Projects with an international scope may also be eligible for funding under many of the CMF’s other programs.

Indigenous Screen Office
