- The lieutenant governor of a province to be styled "Honourable" for life and to be styled "His/Her Honour" and their spouse "His/Her Honour", as the cases may be, while in office.
- The Prime Minister of Canada to be styled "Right Honourable" for life.
- The Chief Justice of Canada to be styled "Right Honourable" for life.
- Privy councillors of Canada to be styled "Honourable" for life.
- Senators of Canada to be styled "Honourable" for life.
- The Speaker of the House of Commons to be styled "Honourable" while in office.
- The Commissioner of a territory to be styled "Honourable" while in office.
- Puisne judges of the Supreme Court of Canada, judges of the federal courts of Canada as well as the judges of the under mentioned courts in the provinces and territories to be styled "Honourable" while in office:
