MOSID 00135 - Aviation Systems Technician (AVN TECH)

General Duties:

Aviation Systems (AVN) Technicians shall perform duties related to the operation, servicing, repair, maintenance and inspection of aircraft, aviation related systems and support functions. To be able to carry out his/her duties on land, at sea and onboard airborne aircraft the AVN TECH must be able to perform to all of the Generic Task Statements – All CAF Members located in the A-MD-154-000/FP-000 Annex B. As well, the following Table details the specific MES related duties for an AVN Tech at an applicable rank:
