2. We will get back to you
A Peer Support Regional Coordinator (RC) will respond within 1 to 2 business days.

The RC will send you a link to complete an intake form. This form helps us understand which services you’re interested in, your preferences, and your contact information. If needed, the RC can assist you in completing the form.
4. Virtual discussion
The RC will contact you after receiving your completed intake form to schedule a virtual discussion. This conversation gives you a chance to learn more about the services, ask questions, and share any concerns. You will regularly receive updates about the status of your intake process.
Feedback
Your feedback matters and helps us improve the support we offer.
After participation, you may be invited to fill out a short online survey. It’s anonymous, voluntary, and helps us understand what’s working and what could be better.
You might also be asked if you’d like to have a one-on-one chat with a staff member to share more about your experience.
As we collect and review feedback, our team will use your ideas to make the program even better.
From a peer: “Being a participant was a great benefit, allowed me to be vulnerable, speak and share. Felt empowering to be a part of the community. To connect and be validated.”
