Medical | My Transition Seminar

The medical seminar aims to prepare ill and injured CAF members for post-military life, whether their transition plan is to seek full-time civilian employment, completely retire, or anything in between. They are applicable to any CAF member who is undergoing, or likely to undergo, a medical release from the CAF. Topics include information on medical benefits and services to assist ill and injured members as they navigate the release process and help their transition to civilian life.
