The Conduct and Culture Data Centre (CCDC) is a tool designed to further understanding and awareness of the institutional culture in the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). The CCDC provides key metrics about members of the Defence Team and includes data on key issues, such as personnel demographics, workplace experiences, conduct, and leadership, and presents it in a consolidated format that is easy to understand and use.
