List of Canadian Forces units and their perpetuations in various conflicts. A perpetuation is the how one unit preserves the military honours of another unit that is disbanded. This is an annex to the Canadian Armed Forces "Official Lineages" reference guide: Volume 3: Armour, Artillery and Field Engineer Regiments.

When a numerical designation is not continued, the perpetuation goes to the new regiment as a whole.

The Canadian Machine Gun Corps was disbanded in 1936 and its units were amalgamated with existing Non Permanent Active Militia regiments.
