Grants and contributions exceeding $25,000
In accordance with the Government of Canada’s commitment to transparency, grants and contributions exceeding $25,000 must be proactively disclosed on government websites.

Disclosure of exceptions for Grants and Contributions
There is a requirement to disclose exceptions approved by a minister under sections 5.3.7 and 5.3.8 of the Policy on Transfer Payments in a transparent manner. The deputy head is to ensure public disclosure.
Section 5.3.7
The Minister has approved the following exceptions to terms and conditions to provide transfer payments to individual recipients in excess of the maximum amounts authorized by approved terms and conditions.
