Transparency and proactive disclosure
Our daily concern: To ensure public resources are managed well, to respect privacy and to protect personal information.

Proactive disclosure
The Government of Canada has implemented a series of measures to strengthen public sector management by enhancing transparency and oversight of public resources in the federal government. One of these measures includes the mandatory proactive disclosure of information relating to financial and human resources, as well as directions taken by select government representatives.
- Disclosure of Briefing Note Titles
- Disclosure of contracts
- Disclosure of grant and contribution awards
- Disclosure of material for deputy heads for parliamentary appearances
- Disclosure of position reclassifications
- Disclosure of Question Period Notes
- Disclosure of travel and hospitality expenses
- Ministerial Transition Books
