  • Request direct deposit or change direct deposit information
  • Change your mailing address
  • Get a missing tax slip
  • Report the death of an annuitant
  • Get guidance on power of attorney process

You will need your Annuity Contract Number or your Social Insurance Number

If you are calling about direct deposit you will also need:

  • the name and number of your bank or financial institution
  • the number of the branch where you have your account
  • your bank account number

By mail

You can complete the following tasks by mail:

  • Designate, revoke or change annuities beneficiary
  • Send power of attorney documents
  • Request direct deposit or change direct deposit information
  • Change your mailing address
  • Get a missing tax slip
  • Report the death of an annuitant
  • Upon receiving the Certificate of Identity you must return it dually completed, along with any other requested documents.
