Onboarding at ESDC

Welcome to ESDC

What is onboarding

Onboarding is the process of integrating new employees into the workplace. This starts with the initial job offer and continues through the first 6 to 12 months of employment. Onboarding includes activities such as training and mentoring. It also covers information on internal policies, work processes and established cultural norms.
