Reporting abuse or misuse of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program

We strongly encourage you to report any potential cases of abuse of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP). You should report potential cases of abuse of the TFWP to the Government of Canada.

If you made a false or misleading representation or statement

Consult Proactive disclosure and penalties if you made a false or misleading representations or statements related to:

  • Employment Insurance, or
  • Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security
