Use this online form to report abuse.

We won't tell your employer that you contacted us. You can select a language to report.

Reporting can help to stop abuse by getting the right people to investigate. Employers who abuse workers or break the rules of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program could face a penalty or be banned from the program.

You can report abuse using this online tool if:

  • someone is:
    • threatening, bullying or physically abusing you
    • yelling or screaming at you
    • threatening to deport you
    • hitting, kicking, etc.
    • keeping your passport or documents from you
  • you're not receiving your correct pay or time off
  • you're experiencing unsafe living conditions, like overcrowded housing, contaminated water, hard to access water or bug and pest infestations

Describe the problem or problems. This may include situations of abuse or violations of rights you have experienced or witnessed. For example:

  • I'm not being paid
  • the housing isn't what was promised
  • the job isn't what was described in the employment agreement

You can also describe abuse that you witnessed happening to someone else.
