You can submit an expression of interest from September 17, 2026, to October 23, at 7:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Submit your Expressions of Interest with all the required information by email to EDSC.DGOP.SJECF-POB.TCSYP.ESDC@esdc-edsc.gc.ca. Your Expression of Interest must include all mandatory information to be assessed. Submit one Expression of Interest only.
What happens next
- We expect to inform organizations of the results of their Expression of Interest by the end of November 2026
- Organizations selected through the EOI process will be invited to submit a full application by mid-December 2026
- Funding decisions for invited organizations that submit a full application are expected in April 2027
- Organizations should not begin any project activities until funding has been approved and a funding agreement has been signed
- Not all submitted EOI will be selected for a full application, as funding is limited
- Decisions are final and there is no appeal process
