Canadian Dental Care Plan in MSCA
You can access and manage your Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) information in My Service Canada Account (MSCA). Once signed in to your account, you can verify your eligibility, apply, view your letters, and update your personal information.

How to access the CDCP in MSCA
To access the CDCP in MSCA, you must register or sign in to MSCA.
Once registered or signed in, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MSCA dashboard.
How to apply for the CDCP

Applications are open
Applications are accepted for the 2026-2027 benefit year, which covers July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
To apply for the CDCP in MSCA:
- Sign in or create a My Service Canada Account (MSCA) profile using the green button below.
- Once signed in to MSCA, the Canadian Dental Care Plan is shown at the top of the page on your MSCA dashboard.
- Click on "Apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan" and follow the instructions.
How to renew your CDCP coverage

Renewals are closed
The renewal period for your Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) coverage is closed since June 2, 2026.
If you had coverage for 2025–2026 benefit year but did not renew by June 1, 2026, you can re-apply using the green button above. However, you will have a gap in your coverage.
How to view member eligibility
To view your current and next year's benefits in MSCA, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MSCA dashboard and select "View member eligibility".
How to view your CDCP letters
To access your CDCP letters in MSCA, go to the “Canadian Dental Care Plan” section on your MSCA dashboard and select “View my letters”.
How to update your CDCP personal information
You can manage your CDCP personal information directly in MSCA.
To view your CDCP personal information in MSCA, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MSCA dashboard.
Under "Personal information", you will be able to update your:
- access to other dental benefits
- contact information
- communication preferences
