How to access the Canadian Dental Care Plan in MSCA
To access the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) in My Service Canada Account (MSCA), you must register or sign in to MSCA.
Once registered or signed in, go to the “Canadian Dental Care Plan” section on your MSCA dashboard.

To apply for CDCP, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MCSA dashboard and select "Apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan".
Before you apply, find out if you're eligible for the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
How to view member eligibility
To view your current and next year's benefits in MSCA, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MSCA dashboard and select "View member eligibility".
How to view your CDCP letters
To access your CDCP letters in MSCA, go to the “Canadian Dental Care Plan” section on your MSCA dashboard and select “View my letters”.
How to update your CDCP personal information
You can manage your CDCP personal information directly in MSCA.
To view your CDCP personal information in MSCA, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MSCA dashboard.
Under "Personal information", you will be able to update your:
- access to other dental benefits
- contact information
- communication preferences
