Canadian Dental Care Plan in MSCA
You can access and manage your Canada Dental Care Plan (CDCP) information in My Service Canada Account (MSCA). Once signed in to your account, you can apply, verify your eligibility, view your letters, and update your personal information.

How to access the CDCP in MSCA
To access the CDCP in MSCA, you must register or sign in to MSCA.
Once registered or signed in, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MSCA dashboard.

The application period for the current CDCP benefit year (2026-2027) will open on June 2, 2026.
How to renew your CDCP coverage
Renewals are open
The renewal period for the 2026–2027 benefit year is open from April 15 to June 1, 2026.
To renew your CDCP coverage, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MCSA dashboard and select "Renew your Canadian Dental Care Plan coverage".
How to view member eligibility
To view your current and next year's benefits in MSCA, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MSCA dashboard and select "View member eligibility".
How to view your CDCP letters
To access your CDCP letters in MSCA, go to the “Canadian Dental Care Plan” section on your MSCA dashboard and select “View my letters”.
How to update your CDCP personal information
You can manage your CDCP personal information directly in MSCA.
To view your CDCP personal information in MSCA, go to the "Canadian Dental Care Plan" section on your MSCA dashboard.
Under "Personal information", you will be able to update your:
- access to other dental benefits
- contact information
- communication preferences
