- Canada Apprentice Loan
- Canada Education Savings Program
- Canada Pension Plan (CPP)
- Canada Student Loans (CSL)
- Employment Insurance (EI)
- Grants & Contributions (G&C)
- Old Age Security (OAS)
- Operations & Maintenance (O&M) debts
- Training Allowance Payment System (TAPS)
- Labour Program
- Temporary Foreign Worker Program
- Wage Earner Protection Program (WEPP)
You can choose to receive an email notification instead of paper mail when a new debt statement is available by following these steps:
- Sign in or register for MSCA
- If you have not already added your email address, follow the on-screen instructions
- On the “Inbox notification preferences” page, select “Email notification only”
Once this step is complete, you will receive an email when a new debt statement is available in your MSCA inbox. You can change your notification preferences anytime by selecting “Profile and Preferences” under the “Account” menu on your MSCA dashboard.
How to view your debt statements
To view your debt statements, select “Inbox” at the top of your MSCA dashboard.
How to stop receiving your debt statement notifications
To stop receiving email notifications for your debt statement:
- Go to the “Account” menu located at the top of your MSCA dashboard
- Select “Profile and preferences”
- Select “Inbox notification preferences”
- Select “Paper mail”
Once this step is complete, your debt statements will still appear in your inbox, but you’ll no longer receive email notifications about it. Instead, a copy of the debt statement will be mailed to you.
