Meet Katherine!

Katherine has been working with Environment and Climate Change Canada for 17 years. In her current position as Chief of Strategic Policy and Planning with the Canadian Ice Service (CIS), part of Katherine’s responsibilities is to understand the sea ice and climate needs for people living in the Canadian and circumpolar Arctic. The favourite part of her job is working with Inuit and learning from these experts about their sea-ice and climate knowledge.
