Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is seeking your comments and feedback on the proposed Amendments to the Storage Tank Systems for Petroleum Products and Allied Petroleum Products Regulations (Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999).
The proposed Amendments would update existing references to technical standards incorporated in the Regulations. This would allow regulated parties to acquire and use the latest storage tank equipment that meets these updated technical standards.
