Description of Annex 2

Annex 2 consists of a table displaying a rating for each of the three evaluation questions related to relevance and the six evaluation questions related to performance that were addressed by the evaluation. Each question is given one of four ratings: Acceptable, Opportunity for Improvement, Attention Required or Not Applicable.
