Schedules and other forms

The Regulations Respecting Reduction in the Release of Methane and Certain Volatile Organic Compounds (Upstream Oil and Gas Sector) have various reporting requirements. Forms are available for download below, and other formats, such as comma-separated values, may be made available if requested. Completed forms will be accepted starting January 1, 2020. Please submit completed forms, requests for different formats, and/or other inquiries electronically via email to methane-methane@ec.gc.ca.
