Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06766 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, April 8, 2014.
3.1. This condition is repealed.
9. Total quantity to be disposed of: not to exceed 25 000 cubic metres, place measure.
