Review of the Storage Tank Systems for Petroleum Products and Allied Petroleum Products Regulations

As part of Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Regulatory stock review plan 2019 to 2029, a discussion document was published on July 12, 2022. Read it and take part in the consultation by October 11, 2022.

As part of the departmental Regulatory stock review plan, in accordance with the Cabinet Directive on Regulation, ECCC is undertaking a review of the Storage Tank Systems for Petroleum Products and Allied Petroleum Product Regulations, which came into force in 2008, under the authority of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999.
