Final Canada-Nova Scotia Equivalency Agreement for federal coal-fired electricity regulations: Closed consultation
The Government of Canada solicited comments on the proposed equivalency agreement between the Governments of Canada and Nova Scotia to allow the provincial electricity sector regulations to replace the federal coal-fired electricity regulations as permitted under Section 10 of CEPA.
