Enforcement notifications: storage tank regulations

• June 2020 - Department of National Defence fined $175,000 under Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999
• June 2020 - British Columbia fuel-supply company fined $200,000 for offences under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999
• May 2018 - Saskatchewan First Nation and band administrator fined for environmental violation
• April 2018 - Big River First Nation fined for violation of federal environmental legislation
• March 2018 - Agricultural products-and-services provider fined $150K for environmental violations
• June 2017 - Canadian National Railway Company to pay over $2.5 million for environmental offences
• February  2017 - Saskatchewan gas station owner and operator fined for environmental offences
• January 2017 - Clearwater River Dene Nation, store and administrator fined for environmental violation
• November 2016 - Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation fined $100,000 for environment violation
• March 2015 - Saskatchewan gas station to pay $27,000 for environmental violations
