We conduct regular studies to ensure our salaries are competitive and equitable. Our job postings include up-to-date salary ranges. Consult our current career opportunities though the Government of Canada jobs website.
Most employees also earn performance pay based on their achievements and their consistent demonstration of our competencies and values. In addition, we offer long service awards, instant awards, and the Commissioner’s Award of Excellence.
