Peter Fragiskatos

Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship

Represents the riding of London Centre

Peter Fragiskatos is the member of Parliament for London Centre; he was first elected in 2015. He has previously served as parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities, the Minister of National Revenue. In June 2025, he was appointed parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.

He has also been a member of several House of Commons committees, including Finance, Public Safety and National Security, Canada–China Relations, and Citizenship and Immigration. He also previously served on the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians (NSICOP).

Before entering politics, Mr. Fragiskatos taught political science at Western University and was actively involved in his community. He has worked with many local not-for-profit organizations such as the London Food Bank, the London Cross-Cultural Learner Centre and Literacy London.

Mr. Fragiskatos holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Western University, a Master of Arts in international relations from Queen’s University and a PhD in international relations from the University of Cambridge.
