General information

Clothing Online and Combats Online are delivery systems employed by the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide effective and efficient delivery for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Distinctive Environmental Uniforms (DEU) and operational clothing using e-business/e-commerce and direct delivery to CAF members.

Both systems use a point system as currency that considers the dress of the day of each unit.

All CAF members will have access to both systems following their initial issue of DEU and operational clothing.

Access

CAF members can access the delivery systems through a web-based portal at Logistik Unicorp (you are now leaving the Government of Canada website). Both systems can be accessed at work through the Defence Wide Area Network (DWAN), and at home through the internet on personal devices.

To login, CAF members require their service number and password. When first logging in, CAF members must follow the Customer Registration process.

Control

The Clothing Online and Combats Online programs are subject to random audits by the DND to prevent abuse or other actions not authorized according to supply directives. As required, points usage and clothing orders can be subject to internal audits by DND.
