Canadian Innovation Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace
The Canadian Innovation Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace (the centre), a collaborative government-wide initiative, offers webinars and sessions on topics related to mental health, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being. The Centre’s role is to make mental health matter, influence organizational culture and build healthy, inclusive, diverse and equitable workplaces that are a positive force in people’s lives. Its programming is available to all federal public servants across Canada.

The Joint Learning Program
The Joint Learning Program (JLP) is a partnership between the Public Service Alliance of Canada and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. The JLP aims to improve labour relations and deepen understanding of both union and employer roles and responsibilities in the workplace. The JLP provides workshops on fostering psychological health and safety in the workplace, aiming to build awareness about the mental health continuum, identify key indicators and workplace factors, and determine actionable steps to support a safe and healthy work environment.

Mental Health Commission of Canada
The Mental Health First Aid training helps employees and managers increase their awareness of the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health problems, as well as their know-how so that they can help if a colleague begins to experience a mental problem or crisis.
The Working Mind training is designed for employees and managers and aims to reduce stigma and promote mental wellness.
