Networking

The Digital Community Management Office (DCMO) is a central hub for digital networking and events. Working in collaboration with partners, the DCMO hosts:

• annual awards
• digital summits for senior leaders
• ad hoc learning events
• other networking opportunities

The Digital Academy has close ties to the digital community and offers ad hoc events and regular bootcamps to strengthen specific digital skills. A wide range of networking and learning events are offered to professionals in the digital community through:

• informal networks
• partnerships with external organizations, such as:
  • ARMA
  • FWD50
  • Association of Public Sector Information Professionals (DPI)
  • Fédération des milieux documentaires (FMD)
  • Data management professionals in Canada’s National Capital Region (DAMA NCR)
