The Pest Management Information Service (InfoServ) provides responses to public inquiries on pest control products (pesticides) and their regulation in Canada. InfoServ is part of Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), which is responsible for pesticide regulation in Canada.

Hours of operation are 7 am to 5 pm ET, Monday to Friday (excluding public statutory holidays).
