Your billing statements, also known as your Account Activity Report (AAR), will be mailed periodically throughout the year. The timing and number of AARs you receive depends on your dosimetry wearing period frequency:

• AARs will be issued on a quarterly basis for quarterly service groups
• AARs will be issued on a monthly basis for semi-monthly and monthly service groups

If you would like to receive your AARs at an address other than your dosimeter delivery address, please call our Client Services Section at 1-800-261-6689 for assistance.

If you would like to receive your AARs via email instead of letter mail, please submit the completed Electronic Billing Registration Form by:
