Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario

The IRCC office at 2 Robert Speck Parkway, known as the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, only processes digitized applications and documents. If you can’t apply online or use the IRCC Web form to send us documents we requested, you must send your application or documents to our digitization office in Nova Scotia. That office will digitize them for processing.

We accept deliveries from couriers from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for statutory holidays.
