Update to the instructions concerning peer reviews under the start-up business class


The program delivery instructions have been updated to remove the requirement for all commitments in which the lead designated entity is a business incubator to undergo a peer review. Going forward, peer reviews will only be initiated by an officer when there are concerns about the Commitment Certificate or about whether the designated entity has performed due diligence according to industry standards. Updates have also been made to clarify the role of peer review panel.
