Clarification of definitions for camp counsellors

Summary

The program delivery instructions (PDIs) provide guidance on how to determine when a camp counsellor may be exempt from obtaining a Labour Market Impact Assessment under paragraph 205(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (exemption code C20).

Clarifications have been provided in these PDIs to add definitions for “residential camp” and “day camp”. More precisions have also been added with regard to fee exemptions that may apply.
