PDU – Exemption for nationals of the Central African Republic to the bar on applying for a pre-removal risk assessment

Nationals of the Central African Republic are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board or previous pre-removal risk assessment decision was made on or between December 9, 2016, and December 8, 2017. Nationals of the Central African Republic with a decision made after December 8, 2017, are subject to the 12-month bar.
