Program delivery update: Security screening for Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) applications

We have removed the BOWP instruction to officers indicating that they should submit a request for security screening as part of the assessment process. This is consistent with all inland temporary resident extensions, where security screening is not routinely performed.
