Program delivery update: One year window applications at the ROC-O – May 18, 2018
This section contains policy, procedures and guidance used by IRCC staff. It is posted on the department’s website as a courtesy to stakeholders.
As of May 1, 2018, all one-year window (OYW) applications are being centralized at the Resettlement Operations Centre in Ottawa (ROC-O) before being transferred to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) offices abroad. Previously, IRCC local offices were responsible for the intake of OYW applications for government-assisted refugees.
All relevant program delivery instructions will be updated soon to reflect this change in process.
