Program delivery update: Clarifying when a foreign national receives temporary resident status

The temporary resident status program delivery instructions (PDI) have been updated to provide clarification on the difference between a temporary resident visa and temporary resident status. The PDI now include information regarding at what point a foreign national receives temporary resident status at automated and non-automated ports of entry.
