Program delivery update: Exemption for nationals of Brunei to the bar on applying for a pre-removal risk assessment

Nationals of Brunei are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board or previous pre-removal risk assessment decision was made between June 14, 2018 and June 13, 2019. Nationals of Brunei with a decision made after June 13, 2019, are subject to the 12-month bar.
