Program delivery update: Sex and gender identifier in French instructions

The instructions on sex and gender identifier in IRCC systems have been updated to capture the appropriate sex or gender fields in the French instructions. The changes are as follows:
- “H (homme)” has been replaced with “M (masculin)”.
- “F (femme)” has been replaced with “F (féminin)”.
